Brand new homestay. Just opened a month ago. The room is huge and has a fantastic balcony with lots of seating possibilities. Bed was comfortable in thailand standards. The bathroom had everything you need. It's in a quiet area and actually quite close to the walking street. You can park your scooter or car right in front of your room and in the evening the front gate will be closed, but you can always push it open so your scooter is safe. They have a kitchen and dining area. We didn't see anyone eating there so I'm not sure about the offer they have. We used the kitchen to borrow plates and cutlery to eat our takeaway there. No one cared about it and we cleaned everything after so that was handy! Wifi was excellent. If you need anything, they respond within minutes and help you out! Thanks for that ~ Nico

Amazing place to stay in Pai. Rooms are big and spacious. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to help you with whatever you might need. Quick reply for everything. One day I forgot my keys inside the room, and I messaged them and immediately helped me out, so grateful for that. Property is just 10 minutes away by walking to the Main Street in Pai, which makes it very central but also very quiet at night. Definitely recommended. ~ Daniella

We stayed for a whole week here, loved the place, it’s quiet and the location is great if you have a motorbike. She cleans your room everyday whenever is convenient for you. The balcony is big and comfortable for chilling. The only downside was the fact that we didn’t have much privacy because we stayed at the first house, and that the air con didn’t reach the bed so at night it was pretty warm. Super schöne gemütliche kleine Wohnungen im oberen Part vom Haus. Es ist sauber, zwischen vielen Bäumen und hat einen tollen Balkon. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett 😊 ~ Lala

I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The balcony was my favorite spot - perfect for enjoying my morning coffee or getting some work done on my laptop. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the walking street, yet the area was peaceful and quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Pai ☺️💜 ~ Anette B

Took a chance on a relatively new business and it was definitely worth it. I was happy with rooms, service and location. The best way to stay in touch with managers was email, they were always prompt with replies. Spent 1 week here it started to feel like home before I left, very comfortable. ~ Amer S

In the middle of Pai and all you can hear are the birds. Many of the apartments come with their own private balcony, which is perfect for a relaxed breakfast, lunch or dinner. The communal kitchen is tidy and spacious. The staff were super fast to respond to any queries we had. ~ Doanza C

Very pleased with our stay at Betel. It seems to be a new establishment, but we were very happy with the simplicity of the place. Great for couples that want to stay a bit further out from the noise. I would recommend getting a scooter if you want to stay here. ~ Adrian R
